About KM Designs


KM Designs, Inc was established in 2003 and is owned by Kimberly Mockert, CPBD.

Kimberly and her team work with the areas highest quality home builders and engineers to achieve the most beautiful and comfortable home for her clients. She has worked for many different clients providing designs for new home construction, additions to existing homes and complete remodels. 

At KM Designs we believe every house is a home, no matter the size and every project is given the same care for detail. The team attributes their success in home design to their ability to listen to the clients wants and needs and turn them into the home they have been dreaming of. This applies to the commercial projects they have engaged as well.

Kimberly Mockert, CPBD - Owner

Kimberly is a Certified Professional Building Designer (regulated by the National Council of Building Designers). She adheres to the guidelines and best practices of the organization while maintaining her certification. Kimberly has more than 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial design field. Kimberly is an award-winning designer locally and nationally. Kimberly listens to her clients’ needs, wants and desires and enjoys transforming those into plans for their future dream home.

Jeanne Burgess – Office Manager

Jeanne has over 14 years of experience in the residential construction industry.  Jeanne’s strong understanding of business and management, along with her passion for residential design, allows her to be another great fit for the KM Designs Family. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting and maintains precise records for our office.
